Payment is always made on site.
The hotel accepts the following payment methods: cash, advance payment, Visa, Master, Maestro, EC, American Express, invoice. Credit cards are not accepted in the restaurant.

Our reception is not manned all the time, especially at night or on weekends. If you arrive after 9 p.m. or on weekends or public holidays, we will agree a 4-digit door code with you so that you can arrive at any time. You enter this code in our key box, which is located directly to the right of the entrance door. The key that falls out fits both the entrance door and your room door, the number of which is also on the key itself.

Our extensive breakfast buffet is available from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. We are also happy to provide you with a thermal breakfast on request. Please contact us in advance.

If you wish, you can park your car in our garage. We charge a flat rate of €8 per car per day. Motorcycles are free.

We will be happy to issue you with overnight vouchers in the amount you require. Breakfast vouchers are not possible.

Our hotel has been certified as three-star superior by the German Hotel and Restaurant Association (DEHOGA) since 2015.

As a guest, you have free internet access (Wi-Fi, 16,000) throughout the hotel. You can get the internet key you need from reception.

Children up to 6 years old stay free in parents' bed. 50% discount for children in their own room.

According to the German non-smoking law, smoking is prohibited in the rooms and all indoor areas of the hotel. Please use the balconies adjacent to the rooms for this purpose.

Parking in our spacious car parks P1 and P2 is of course free of charge for our guests. These are also suitable for trucks and buses.

Our restaurant is open from Monday to Saturday from 5:00 p.m. We are closed on Sundays. You can find more detailed information about the restaurant under the menu item Restaurant.

Our reception is open as follows:

• Mon. - Thurs.: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Fri. - Sun.: 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

If you arrive outside of opening hours, you can arrange a front door code with us. There is a key box to the right of the front door. This means you can arrive completely independently and at any time.

Visit our distillery. If you are looking for a nice souvenir or a schnapps from our own distillery before you leave, you are sure to find what you are looking for!

In case of cancellation we do not charge any cancellation fees.

Are you planning a group trip with overnight stay(s) in our hotel? Then visit us on your way. We offer you a free night in our hotel. Please discuss the exact conditions with Ms. Haas in advance. You can find our contact details in the imprint.

Our house has three categories: Standard (facing the street), Comfort (facing the garden), Suite (with winter garden and view of the garden). Detailed information can be found under Rooms/Prices.

Children up to 6 years old can sleep in their parents' bed for free. If requested, an extra bed or baby bed can be provided for €15 per night. Children up to 14 years old receive a 50% discount on their own room. Please let us know when you book directly or by phone.
